60 g ham 2 sprigs rosemary 100 g butter 250 ml water 1/2 tsp salt 150 g plain flour 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese 4 pcs egg

Slice the ham finely, grate the parmesan cheese and chop the rosemary without the coarser parts.

Boil the water with the butter, add the salt and flour at once. Stir for about 2 minutes until the dough sticks to the spoon. Transfer to a bowl.

gradually add the eggs and stir until the dough is glossy.
5.
Add ham, parmesan cheese and rosemary.
6.
Using a decorator, make scoops on a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone.
7.
Bake at 180 deg. C for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet.
