4 handfuls of red rose petals 1 tbsp citric acid 1.5 litres boiling water 1 kg sugar
step
1.
Rose petals, pour boiling water over, add citric acid and leave to infuse until cool
2.
Then strain through cheesecloth and add sugar.
3.
Heat to the boiling point and strain the syrup into a bottle and leave to cool.
4.
Refrigerate.
