Rooster Broth

Cooking from a young rooster, preferably from home rearing, root Vegetable Recipes and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
td>root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, celery, parsley)
Procedure:
1. Cook the ready-to-cook young rooster at a gentle boil, submerged in salted water, preferably for 4 hours or more
2. While cooking, skim the foam from the broth
3. Towards the end, for the last 30-40 minutes, add the spices and Vegetable Recipes to the soup (use the garlic cloves peeled but whole)
4. Strain the finished broth, peel the rooster meat and cut into small pieces
5. Chop the cooked Vegetable Recipes, return them to the soup together with the meat, bring the broth almost to a boil and serve 6.
Recommendation:
Use, for example, pasta or some kind of soup drippings as an insert in the soup.
