Romanian-style potato chulama

1 kg potatoes 1 tbsp fat 2 tbsp flour 2 cups grated cheese to taste salt

Cut the cleaned potatoes into rounds and boil in salted water. Make a white sauce with the butter and flour, dilute it with the hot potato broth, add the grated cheese. Pour the sauce over the drained potatoes and bake briefly in the oven.
