1 kg wild boar ribs salt 10 cloves garlic 3 pcs onion 100 g bacon 200 ml hot water 1 tsp ground allspice 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce thyme

Delicious ribs.

Salt the ribs in the evening, rub with rubbed garlic and refrigerate overnight. Fry the bacon and chopped onion in the lard, put half in the bottom of the baking dish.

Place the ribs, the rest of the onions with the bacon. Season the water with spices, pour over the ribs, cover and bake at 180 degrees Celsius. C 1 hour. Then turn the meat, cover again and bake for another hour.

Cover and bake as desired.
