2 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp tahini paste 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp hot water

Hot and flavorful vegetable mix with a delicious peanut sauce.

Cut the Vegetable Recipes into larger pieces (see video) and mix with oil, salt and spices

Pile the Vegetable Recipes on a smaller baking tray and bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes.

Mix the sauce/dip with the peanut butter, tahini paste, lemon juice and boiling water.
4.
Serve the Vegetable Recipes with the prepared dip.
