250 g kale 40 g lard 20 g onion 20 g plain flour 100 g sausages 2 dl milk to taste salt, pepper, marjoram

Put the chopped kale to boil in salted water. Make a roux from the lard and flour, add the grated onion, fry, pour in the milk and add to the kale. Bring everything to the boil, add salt, pepper, marjoram and simmer. Finally, add the chopped sausage and simmer for a while.
