200 g chicken breast 2 tbsp oil 1 pk smaller cauliflower 3 pk egg 4 tbsp white yoghurt 100 g bryndza to taste salt, ground black pepper, dried garlic, smoked paprika 2 handfuls parsley

Quick, tasty and dietary lunch or dinner.

Cut chicken breast into small pieces, fry in a tablespoon of oil until browned.

Split cauliflower into smaller florets, cook in salted boiling water (5 minutes) and drain.

In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, yoghurt, crumbled bryndza, salt and season with, for example, dried garlic, smoked paprika and black pepper. Stir in the chopped parsley as well.

Toss the egg mixture with the chicken, cauliflower and layer everything in a baking dish that has been greased with oil (1 tbsp).

Place in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
