2 pcs cauliflower 30 g butter 30 g breadcrumbs 30 g hard cheese to taste salt
Beach sauce
30 g butter 30 g plain flour for the roux 1 pk onion 1 pk bay leaf 5 dl milk to taste salt, ground black pepper
step
1. Clean the cauliflower and boil in salted water until tender.Grease a fireproof dish, arrange the cauliflower in it, pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, cheese, drizzle with melted butter and bake. 2. BECHAMEL SAUCE : Make a roux with the flour and butter, pour in the hot milk, add the grated onion, ground pepper, salt, bay leaf and cook for 20 minutes. Strain the finished sauce.
