Roast with Moravian meat

2 tbsp oil 150 g Moravian meat 1 pk onion 6 pk egg to taste salt, ground black pepper fresh chives

Sem-here and there, Moravian meat gets tangled in our shopping cart. Delicious between slices of bread with horseradish or mustard. Or like this in a tasty roast.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion and Moravian meat cut into small cubes. Roast for about 5 minutes at a time.

Then whisk the eggs into the mixture and prepare the scrambled eggs as we like them. For us it is always a little drier. Season the roast with salt and pepper.

Chives are going big in our garden at the moment, so they end up in all the savoury chutneys. It was delicious in this roast too and added a lovely fresh colour.

Pražnice with Moravian meat served with or on fresh bread.
