Roast goose in good condition

In the old Czech way, roasted young goose.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. The cleaned, gutted, washed goose is placed on a roasting-pan, rubbed with garlic rubbed with salt, and roasted until tender, basting gently
2. The fat which is rendered from it is removed, so that it may not be too greasy
3. Finally, the cream and egg yolks are cooked and seasoned with saffron
4. The roast goose is carved, covered with the sauce and simmered for a while.
Recommendation:
Serve the goose prepared in this way with boiled noodles and salad or with steamed spinach.
