1 cup rice 3 pcs egg 2 pcs carrot 1 handful peas 1 tbsp soy sauce pcs salt pcs ground black pepper

1. Cover the rice with water (1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water) 2. Add the chopped carrots and let the water evaporate (the carrots will have time to soften) 3. Meanwhile, make the scrambled eggs thinner by scrambling the three eggs. 4. Stir the rice and carrots into the scrambled eggs and add the peas. 5. Season with soy sauce to taste (about 1 tbsp), salt and black pepper. 6. Serve warm. Enjoy!
