500 g fresh mushrooms 1 cup round grain rice 3 tbsp oil 1 pk onion larger 1/2 KL sea salt 2 g black pepper ground 1 KL parsley dried

Aromatic risotto…
1.
We go to the mountain to pick mushrooms.
2.
We clean them. Cut them into small pieces.
3.
Fry the onion, chopped, in oil.
4.
Wash the sliced mushrooms, and put them on the onions. Season with salt and pepper and simmer until tender.
5.
When the mushrooms are soft, add a cup of rice.
6.
Add water and simmer, add parsley.
7.
While simmering, stir..taste, add salt if not salty enough. Then set the risotto aside. Enjoy.
