Rice with shrimps and peppers

A warm appetizer of shrimp, rice, eggs and peppers.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Add the well rinsed, steamed rice to boiling salted water and cook until tender
2. Drain the soft rice, run cold water over it in a colander and drain
3. Stir in the rice, soy sauce and eggs beaten with salt and simmer briefly.
