Rice salad with seafood

100 g seafood to taste salt a little water 1 pk bay leaf 150 g frozen vegetable mix 100 g crab sticks 50 g leeks 6 pk olives 100 g cooked rice
Sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil 3 drops vinegar a little salt a little ground white pepper

Simmer the seafood for about 5 min. in 250 ml salted water with the bay leaf. Drain them and let them cool down.

Sparticularly boil the frozen vegetable mixture in a little salted water and when it is soft, drain it and let it cool down.

Place the chopped seafood, crab sticks, cooked Vegetable Recipes, leeks, pitted olives and cooled cooked rice in a salad bowl. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve well chilled.
