320 g round grain rice 800 ml milk 80 g sugar 1 pk vanillin sugar 3 pk egg 20 g butter 1 cup boiled peaches 1 pinch of salt
step
1. prepare the ingredients 2. salt the rice and simmer in milk. When the rice is soft, remove from the heat. 3. add butter, sugar, vanillin sugar, egg yolks, raisins. finally add the egg white mixture 4. put 1/2 of the mixture in a greased bowl, place peaches or other fruits and cover with the remaining mixture.
