Rice pudding with mushrooms and cauliflower

1 pk cauliflower 250 g cooked rice 30 g butter 40 g onion 300 g mushrooms 4 pk egg 100 g g grated hard cheese to taste salt, ground black pepper

1. Clean the cauliflower and cook in salted boiling water for about 12 minutes. Drain the cauliflower and let it drain. Meanwhile, fry the finely chopped onion in butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms in it. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Grease a baking dish with butter. Place a layer of rice on the bottom, a layer of mushrooms and cauliflower florets on top. Repeat the layers and top with the rice. Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the rice and sprinkle the cheese on top. 3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
