300 g rice milk 1 pk egg 120 g poppy 150 g spelt plain flour 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp baking powder 1 pinch of baking powder 1 pinch of salt 1 tbsp lemon zest 1 pk vanilla pod
procedure
1. Mix the ground poppy seeds, salt, flour, lemon zest and baking powder. 2. add the beaten egg and maple syrup to the crumble mixture. Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 3. 4. Brush the top with jam and decorate with whipped cream. Enjoy!
