4 pcs homemade eggs 120 g granulated sugar 50 g fresh butter melted 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla flavour al. extract 1 tsp vinegar 1/2 packet baking powder 1 tbsp 100% cocoa 1 pinch salt food colour red to taste
Cream
200 g cream cheese (mascarpone, Philadelphia, Lucina, …) 200 ml whipping cream (33%, chilled) 200 g soft vanilla or soft cottage cheese decorating as desired

Dough ingredients.

Melt butter fresh let cool pour in food color red as desired mix well. Beat eggs until foamy progressively add sugar beat until foamy. Add the butter that we have mixed together. Then the oil, vinegar, vanilla flavouring mix. Sift the flour combine with the baking powder and cocoa + salt. Stir lightly into the batter. Line a 30×40 cm baking tray with baking paper and spread the prepared dough evenly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Bake for 15 minutes.

Cream the ingredients.

Let the crust cool.

Cut out shapes as you like, mine were rounds, flowers see, photo.

Beat the cream until semi stiff add the mascarpone, beat in the cottage cheese. Put the cream in a pastry bag with a straight tip.

Fill with cream, decorate as desired. Enjoy.
