Red melon salad with ham and cheese

1 pk red melon to taste ham to taste mozzarella to taste sunflower seeds to taste basil leaves
Salad dressing:
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar dark 1 tbsp honey

A slightly unconventional summer salad.
1.
Mix the dark balsamic vinegar and honey in a 1:1 ratio, or the honey can be a little more.
2.
Toast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan.
3.
Cut the watermelon into balls or cut into equal sized cubes.
4.
Add the sliced ham and mozzarella, pour in the dressing and mix well, garnish with basil and chill for at least an hour.
5.
Before serving, sprinkle with toasted sunflower or sesame seeds.
