100 g red lentils 2 pcs egg salt, ground black pepper, turmeric, dried herbs 1 crucible cottage cheese 1 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic red onion, rosemary
procedure
1.
Take the lentils, rinse and boil in salted water until tender. Cook for about 10 minutes.

Hard boil the eggs and chop them finely.
3.
Mix the cottage cheese with 1 tbsp olive oil, add the strained garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric and herbs.
4.
Add the cooled lentils and chopped eggs to the cottage cheese mixture. Top with strips of red onion and garnish with fresh rosemary and serve.
