Make the dough: Put 1/4 cup warm water in the mixer cup. Sprinkle in yeast and keep aside for about 5 minutes until foam is set aside. Add flour, butter, sugar, salt and 1 1/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons warm water. Mix with a little sticky dough form, pedal attachment for 5 minutes.
