Recipe using both ground lamb and chicken

Can’t decide between chicken or lamb? Why not have both! This recipe is simple, delicious and perfect for a night in.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground lamb
1 pound ground chicken
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together ground lamb, ground chicken, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned all over and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, mint and cilantro. Serve the meatballs with the yogurt sauce on the side. Enjoy!
This recipe is perfect for an easy weeknight meal. You can serve it with rice or potatoes on the side. If you’re feeling extra fancy, you can also add some chopped tomatoes and cucumbers to the yogurt sauce
