Hey everyone! In this blog post, I’ll be sharing a scrumptious recipe for vodka sauce pasta that’s baked with canned corn and mozzarella cheese. This dish is hearty, comforting and perfect for a winter’s night. Plus, it’s super easy to make! Simply follow the steps below and you’ll be digging into a delicious bowl of pasta in no time.
Ingredients:
1 pound of pasta (I used penne)
1 jar of vodka sauce
1 can of corn, drained
1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
In a large bowl, mix together the cooked pasta, vodka sauce, corn and mozzarella cheese.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
This dish is great for a weeknight meal or for entertaining guests. I like to serve it with a side of garlic bread and a green salad. If you have leftovers, they reheat well too. Simply pop them in the microwave for a minute or two and you’re good to go
