Have you ever wanted to learn how to make salmon and avocado toast? It’s actually very simple to make, and only requires a few ingredients. Here’s what you’ll need:
1 slice of salmon
1/2 an avocado
1 piece of toast
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
Next, take your slice of salmon and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the top of the salmon, and season it with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Meanwhile, cut your avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork, and set it aside.
When the salmon is done cooking, let it cool for a few minutes before flaking it into small pieces with a fork. Spread the mashed avocado on your piece of toast, and then top with the flaked salmon. Season with a little bit more salt and pepper, if desired.
