1 pound ground chicken
1 cup bread crumbs

1 egg

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
