900 g potatoes to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 KL dried marjoram 1 KL cumin 2 pk egg 1 pk onion 5 cloves garlic 1 tbsp parsley a little breadcrumbs a little oil for frying
procedure
1. Peel the potatoes, onion and garlic. Grate all the potatoes on a coarse grater. Add finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. 2. Stir in the eggs, salt, pepper, cumin, dried marjoram and enough breadcrumbs to make the mixture thicker. 3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and use a ladle to ladle the potato mixture into the pan and spread it around. Fry it over medium heat on both sides until golden and place on paper napkins to soak up the excess oil.
