Raw oat noodles

Trendy vegetable staple, oats, is bending its way to Asia. Raw oat noodles are a quick and delicious meal in a hurry.
Ingredients for four
250g of raw oats four small packets of noodles (approx. 200 g).g) 2 onions 1 tablespoon cooking oil 1 bag of frozen peas Sriratcha sauce 4 tablespoons unflavoured yoghurt 4 tablespoons soy 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Smoke the onion and place in a deep-frozen baking dish. Stir quietly. When the onion starts to soften, add the soy and brown sugar.
In a saucepan, add four tablespoons of water, bring to the boil and add the frozen peas. Bring to the boil again and add the noodles. Bring to the boil slowly until the noodles soften. Add a little more water if the food starts to dry out.
When the noodles are cooked and there is hardly any water in the pot, add some oats. Stir for a couple of minutes and pour the oat noodles onto plates.
Sprinkle the dishes with Sriratcha sauce and yoghurt.
At the end of the meal, add the oat noodles.
