Ratatouille III.

Flavoured vegetable mixture baked in one pot or baking dish.

Ingredients:

4 pcs of multicolored peppers 2 pcs cakes 2 pcs large tomatoes 2 pcs red onions 1 pc yellow onions 1 pc larger eggplant 1 pc garlic bulb 1 handful chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano) 4 tbsp olive oil ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Wash all the Vegetable Recipes, peel the garlic cloves and onions, cut the peppers and remove the cores
2. Then cut the zucchini, aubergines, peppers, tomatoes into coarser pieces, the onions into marigolds and the garlic cloves into slices, spread them in a baking dish and drizzle with oil
3. Put them in a preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then stir in the chopped herbs, season with salt and pepper and bake for another 10 minutes until tender.

Recommendation:

Serve as a stand-alone dish with fresh baguette or as a side dish with grilled meat.
