Raspberry Tiramisu

Tiramisu is a typical Italian dessert, which has become a favourite with all food lovers, and for which one cannot resist. Here is the recipe for raspberry tiramisu revisited, which promises to treat the whole family well.
Ingredients: 4 servings – 7 SP / serving – 400 g raspberries 150 g low-fat mascarpone 3 eggs 4 cookies topped with red fruits 5 g stevia 1 packet of vanilla sugar Preparation:
Start by blending 250 g of raspberries with 3 g of the stevia to prepare the fruit parcel, then separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Combine the 3 egg yolks, mascarpone and remaining stevia in a bowl along with the vanilla sugar, then whip the whites until stiff and add to the mixture.
In 4 ramekins, crush 1 cookie, add a few raspberries, the mascarpone preparation, a layer of coulis, then add a few raspberries again and the mascarpone preparation and finish with coulis and raspberries to decorate.
Finally, place the raspberry tiramisu in the refrigerator 4 hours before serving.
