Place the raspberries in a bottle,

Sprinkle with sugar,

splash with vodka and cap. Store in the pantry for two weeks to infuse. Shake the contents occasionally during the leaching period to dissolve the sugar well.

Then strain the contents through cheesecloth and store in a bottle.
