Ingredients
2 servings 400 g tarhona 100 g Niva cheese 50 g of dried Black Forest ham 50 g capers 1 tsp dried garlic 2 pcs. Eggs 1 tbsp solamyl (potato starch) ground pepper ground salt oil for frying
Recipe preparation
1 Drain the tarhoni cooked in salted water, leave to drain and cool. Put the tarragon in a bowl, beat the eggs, add the finely chopped Black Forest ham and capers, add the grated cheese, season with garlic, pepper and salt. Finely chopped parsley may be added if desired. Mix everything well, sprinkle with salt and stir again.
TIP: How to peel garlic?
2 Remove the mixture from the bowl with a spoon and place it in a preheated frying pan with oil, flatten it slightly and fry it on both sides until browned. Remove on a napkin and drain off the excess fat.
TIP: Parmesan with tarragon
3 Serve on its own or with vegetable salad.
