Buttered fried eggs served with a vegetable mixture of tomatoes, peppers and hot peppers.

Procedure:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, chop the peppers into noodles, steam, peel and dice the tomatoes, chop the hot peppers 2. Fry the onion and garlic in half of the butter until golden brown, add the peppers, tomatoes, hot peppers, pepper, salt and fry, pour the mixture with broth and simmer until the mixture thickens. In the remaining butter, beat the eggs, add salt and divide on plates, pour the vegetable mixture and serve with potatoes.
