300 g white beans 1/2 cube broth 1 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp plain flour 200 g sausage a little salt a little ground black pepper to taste vinegar a little ketchup

Rinse and pre-soak the beans and cover with water so that they are submerged. Add the bouillon cube and cook the beans until tender. Drain and reserve the broth.

Fry the finely chopped onion and pressed garlic in oil, sprinkle with plain flour and fry. Pour about 100 ml of the bean broth over the onion mixture and let it boil.

Stir in the cooked beans, sliced sausage and simmer.

Salt, pepper or even acidify the ranchero beans to taste. Pour the ketchup over the portions and serve with bread or rolls.
