Radishes Fried with Eggs

Sliced radishes sauteed on an onion base, fried together with eggs.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a saucepan, sauté the cleaned, sliced onion in butter
2. Add the washed, cleaned and sliced radishes to the onions
3. Season with salt, cumin and pepper and simmer for a while
4. Pour beaten eggs over the dish and stir until thickened
5. Add salt to taste and garnish with chopped parsley on plates.
Recommendation:
Serve with fresh bread.
