Radish soup with sour cream

1 kg radishes 50 g mould cheese 1 pinch salt a little ground black 150 g sour cream 500 cl water 1 pk chicory 2 pk onion
procedure
1. Wash the radishes, clean them and finely chop them together with the mould cheese. Season the mixture with salt and ground black pepper. 2. Add 500 ml of water into which the seasoned mixture is placed. Clean and wash the radicchio, remove the outer leaves and cut the head into small pieces. 3. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Simmer the soup until the Vegetable Recipes are tender. Serve with a spoonful of sour cream.
