Rabbit Soup with Dumplings

Procedure:
1. Pour cold water over the rabbit, add salt, pepper, allspice and cook until tender (about 60 minutes), adding hot water as needed
2. Take out the rabbit, peel the soft meat from the bones, cut into pieces, strain the broth, bring to a boil, add the cleaned, sliced carrot, sliced leek, peeled, diced celery, simmer for about 15 minutes, then return the meat to the soup and season with soup seasoning
3. Prepare a batter from beaten egg, flour and milk, stir in the bun cut into small pieces, cubed bacon, salt and curls 4. Form small dumplings from the dough, put them into boiling salted water, cook for about 10 minutes and then transfer the finished dumplings into the prepared soup.
