Rabbit soup after hunting

Rabbit front, i.e. front legs, breast, head and flank meat, boiled with Vegetable Recipes and smoked pork belly, broth seasoned with white wine and spices.

Procedure:
1. Put the rabbit meat in a pot, cover with water so that everything is submerged, add salt, whole pepper and allspice and bring to a boil, strain the boiled broth, peel the meat from the bones and cut
2. Cut the cleaned Vegetable Recipes into cubes, fry in butter until golden brown, add the chopped pork belly and fry together
3. Dust the base with flour, fry, pour in the broth, pour in the wine and let it boil
4. Put the chopped meat into plates and pour in the broth, garnish the soup with chopped parsley.
