Quick sweet and savory potato pancakes

Remember how your grandmother used to make you honest potato pancakes? Stop dreaming and try to prepare them yourself at home. And what will you need for that? Thanks to our gnocchi mix, you don’t have to worry about buying ingredients. Just think about whether you fancy pancakes with cabbage or a sweet variant with homemade jam.

Ingredients:

Range for 8-10 pancakes: 1 pack Labeta biscuits 230 mlwater work surface soap

Procedure:

Mix the gnocchi mix with water and work into a smooth dough.

Gradually cut off smaller pieces and roll them into thin pancakes on a floured surface.

Fry the pancakes in a hot pan (without fat) on both sides until golden brown. Make 8-10 pancakes from the mixture.

Recommendation:

You can enjoy the pancakes salty with cabbage or sweet with homemade jam.
