50 g rice 20 g lard 1 tbsp plain flour 2 pk egg 1 pk carrot sprigs parsley to taste salt

1. Boil the rice in water and prepare a roux of lard and flour, to which add the parsley and the chopped carrots. Add the roux to the cooked rice and boil. 2. Break the eggs in a saucepan and pour them into the boiling soup. Remove from the heat and season with salt to taste.
