procedure

In a heated pan with oil, finely slice the zucchini, tomatoes and leeks, season with salt and pepper, fry briefly until the tomatoes release their juices, add the cooked spaghetti and fry for a few more minutes, so that the Vegetable Recipes remain crisp.

Remove and put on a plate.

Wash the salmon, dry it, cut it into fillets, and season with salt.

Place 4 tablespoons of flour, half a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of pepper, half a teaspoon of ground cumin, a pinch of red pepper in a bowl, mix and coat the salmon in this mixture and place in the heated oil.

Bake the salmon only briefly on each side so that it doesn’t dry out and stays nice and juicy.
6.
Salmon prepared in this way can be served on top of the finished vegetable spaghetti.
