Quick homemade walnut granola
ingredients
1 cup oatmeal 1 cup chopped nuts mix 40 g released butter Ghee 2 tbsp grated coconut 1/2 pk vanilla pod-half pk cinnamon 1 tbsp honey

Homemade nut granola for breakfast in milk or yogurt.
Toss the oatmeal in a pan with the chopped nuts, shredded coconut, vanilla, cinnamon and honey. Fry everything in the released butter. Let cool and serve in milk or Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
