Quick Goulash Soup

Soup prepared from canned beef in its own juice, potatoes, onion, garlic, oil, plain flour, water, beef bouillon cube and spices.

Procedure:
1. Cut the corned beef and peeled potatoes into cubes
2. Then peel the garlic and onion, mince the garlic and finely chop the onion
3. Then heat the oil in a saucepan with the fat from the corned beef, put in the onions, fry them, sprinkle with flour, prepare a light stock, stir in some sweet paprika, fry and pour in 500 ml of water, stir thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes
4. Then add the chopped potatoes, salt and boil for 10 minutes, then add the garlic, cumin, chopped tinned meat, beef bouillon cube and cook until the potatoes are soft
5. Finally, top up the soup with water up to 1.5 litres, season with marjoram, pepper, salt and leave to boil
6. Serve the soup garnished with parsley leaves.
