Quick chicken liver pate

From two chickens finely chopped liver, fried in a pan in oil with other ingredients, served on toast. Recipe from the TV Prima show “Now the boss is cooking!” by chef Zdeněk Pohlreich.

Procedure:
1. Chop the shallots finely along with half a regular onion and a clove of garlic
2. Fry the mixture in goose fat
3. Cut the chicken livers into smaller pieces, add salt and pepper, add to the pan with the base, mash the livers with a fork
4. Season the anchovy fillets, chopped rosemary, add a drop of sherry and a drop of cognac and simmer
5. In a frying pan, fry a slice of bread in goose fat until crispy, then serve the quick liver pate on top
6. Garnish with shallot slices and fresh parsley.
