Quick burgers

Seasoned minced meat shaped into hamburger, fried and served in a bun garnished with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and onion.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt, ground pepper, chili powder and mix
2. Divide the mixture into 4 parts, shape each part into a hamburger with wet hands (since there is no egg in the mixture we have to knead the meat well with our hands and squeeze out all the air so that the burgers do not fall apart when frying)
3. Cut the buns, fry the inner parts and spread the bottom parts with ketchup or mayonnaise, top with a piece of lettuce, slices of cucumber, a slice of cheese, the fried burger and top with onion rings and cherry tomatoes
5. Cover and serve the burgers immediately.
