Quick Beef Soup

Soup prepared in a pressure cooker from lean beef, onion, water, frozen Vegetable Recipes and spices, served with chopped chives.

1. Wash the beef, cut it into small cubes, put it in a pressure cooker, cover with water, add the peeled onion whole, whole pepper, allspice and salt, then close the pot with a lid and cook for about 20 minutes
2. Then take the pot off the stove, let it stand for a few minutes, then open the valve and release any steam
3. Add the frozen vegetable mixture to the broth and simmer for 5-7 minutes, finally season the soup with the veggies
