Quail eggs with caviar

Quail eggs poached in a frying pan and fried like ox eyes, decorated with caviar.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Gently crack the quail eggs into a non-stick frying pan, lightly greased with fat
2. Season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and fry over a medium heat source until the egg white and yolk are set (the yolk should be set only on the surface, the inside should be slightly runny)
3. Carefully transfer the eggs onto serving spoons or pieces of toasted bread and garnish with caviar, serve while still warm!
