procedure
1. Add the yeast mixed with sugar, lukewarm milk, salt to the flour and make a thinner dough. 2. Let it rise in a warm place. On a floured board, roll the risen dough into finger-thick pieces and cut them into pieces about 2 cm thick. 3. Place the cut pieces cut side down on a greased baking sheet and bake. 4. Brush with boiling water, drizzle with butter and honey and sprinkle with ground poppy seeds and sugar.
