Pumpkin soup with minced paprika
ingredients
1 pk onion 1 tbsp ground red pepper 1 pk pumpkin 1 tbsp semi-coarse flour 750 ml water 2 dl milk pinches salt pinches sugar

Beautifully colorful and creamy soup that warms up during the cold autumn days…
1.
In a saucepan, fry the onion in hot oil.

Add ground red pepper and semi-coarse flour.
3.
Grind the pumpkin and add to the onions.
4.
Then cover with water, and when the pumpkin is cooked, add milk.
5.
Finally add a pinch of salt and sugar.
6.
Serve the soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and white bread toast.
