Clean your pumpkin and scoop out the centre (seeds) with a tablespoon.

Grate the pumpkin on a grater, choose the size of the grater depending on whether you prefer it finer or bolder. Then salt and pepper your squash.

Meanwhile, prepare the caramelized sugar in the oil. I only had cane sugar at home, but crystal sugar is standard.

Add the pumpkin and simmer for a while. Add a little water if necessary. Then make a mixture with milk and flour to thicken the pumpkin.

Simmer for a while and finally add the whipping cream. Let it boil and add the finely chopped dill. Finally, season with more salt, sugar, pepper or a little vinegar if needed. I put 1 tsp more vinegar and a little salt.
